Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Have you tried everything, and nothing seems to get you to where you want to be? Maybe you’re tired of masking your ADHD, pushing through anxiety, or carrying the weight of trauma in silence, only to feel like you’re running on empty. You’ve likely been told to “just cope” or “deal with it,” but you know deep down that real healing goes beyond just talk or medications. You’re ready for something deeper, something whole.
That’s where I come in.
I’m Chantè Anderson, a licensed mental health counselor, holistic health coach, somatic practitioner, and reiki master. I specialize in helping people create healing that’s not just mental, but physical, emotional, and energetic. My integrative work weaves together psychotherapy, somatic therapy, health coaching, and energy healing to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and live in alignment with who you truly are.
I created Essence Holistic Health to offer something different: a space where healing is as multidimensional as you are. With over a decade of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, autism, complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and health issues. I bring my full self to the table, not just the clinical training, when I'm working with someone. I’m someone who understands firsthand how powerful it is to reclaim your wellness in ways that feel empowering, not prescriptive.
Whether you’re navigating PTSD, ADHD, depression, chronic stress, health issues, or are just feeling out of sync with yourself, I’m here to help. This is your space to release survival mode and step into balance, wholeness, and freedom.

Martha is an open-minded, empathetic administrative professional who enjoys collecting resources, making connections within the community, and sharing what she has learned with others. She has personal experience caring for and assisting individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as with neurodivergence.
She has a knack for remembering details about the individuals she meets, whether it’s about their pets, their needs, or their likes, and finding information or items that might be of interest to them. Martha believes we are all connected to each other and nature. She derives happiness from sharing a smile, a website link, conversation, or cookies as a way to foster that connection, believing that small actions have lasting, positive effects.
When she’s not at Essence greeting you or working on a comprehensive database of community resources, she enjoys trivia nights with her son, chatting with her daughter, working in her garden, wandering the hills looking for mushrooms, gathering with good people, reading, writing, or baking. You might also find her walking with her dog, working with her local Friends of the Library group to keep her town’s library available to residents, or trapping community cats and transporting them to a spay and neuter clinic. In her spare time, she sleeps.
Martha believes in life-long learning, and has plans to enhance her skill set with additional educational programs. It’s her hope that by doing so, she be able to add more ways to assist those she meets, and enhance what she can offer to clients at Essence.
