Return and Refund Policy

Essence Holistic Health wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase/s. If you are not satisfied, I will gladly give refunds. For refunded products, such as workbooks (PDFs), you are welcome to keep the product and the price of the product will be refunded to the card if was purchased on. No cash or check refunds will be provided. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issues. Refunds can be requested within 15 days of purchase. To initiate a return please contact me through my contact form available on my website or at essencehh@outlook.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed once your refund request is received. Thank you!
